Please join us for our annual Athletic Department Golf Outing on July 15th at Indian Hills Country Club in Fort Salonga, NY

The event will commence with registration and breakfast at 10:30 a.m., followed by a 12 p.m. shotgun start. After a day of competitive play, participants will gather for dinner and an awards program.

Kammerer set a record last year in Las Vegas after rolling games of 280, 238 and 300 for an 818 series to win Diamond Singles at the South Point Bowling Plaza. Her 818 is the highest three-game series in the 104-year history of the Women's Championships! Congratulations, Melissa!

We easily notice the body language of others around us - are the smiling? Holding their head and shoulders up and back? Arms and fingers loose? Noticing the positive and confident body language of competitors around us can sometimes lead to feelings of self doubt, worry, and anxiousness.

Next time you notice the body language of someone else, take a moment to analyze your own. What energy or impression does your body language have? Take a moment to close your eyes and visualize yourself using the body language you believe is necessary to win your match/game/set.

What are you able to do on your field of choice because you saw yourself in a strong and positive stance?
