Like the works of our favorite playwright, William Shakespeare, a glass of A Midwinter Night's Dram® is made to be savored, and over all too quickly. This limited-release whiskey is a sumptuous marriage of rye whiskeys finished in Port barrels. The rye forms a beautiful base of vanilla, caramel, and cinnamon while the port barrels provide notes of plum, dried fruit, and spice. Orange is the new rosé! We're always on the lookout for new and interesting orange wines and our latest addition is the Fatalone, Greco Bianco Spinomarino 2021 from Puglia, Italy. It's made from the indiginous grape, greco and receives 12 hours of skin contact. It has wonderful aromatics with a palate of stone fruit, honey, floral notes and a pronounced minerality. It's fresh and harmonious with a beautiful texture. Stop by tonight from 5-7pm for a sample and receive 10% off if you purchase a bottle during the tasting.

Unico Zelo, Cherry Fields Dolcetto Clare Valley

Have you ever had a dolcetto from Australia? Here's your chance. Unico Zelo winemaking couple, Brendan and Laura Carter brought their passion for Italian wines to Australia where they create their own versions of mediterranean varietals. The first thing you'll notice is juicy dark berry which leads to notes of chocolate, spice and a hint of earthy funk. Smooth tannin brings added structure. And the pleasure continues as the wine begins to open up and the flavors integrate and develop. A wonderfully approachable wine that had a lot to offer.

Clase Azul Reposado is an ultra-premium reposado tequila made with Tequilana Weber Blue Agave that is slow cooked in traditional stone ovens for a minimum of 72 hours. Once the agave reaches a deep, rich flavor, it is fermented with proprietary yeast prior to distillation. Once the tequila is distilled, it is aged for 8 months in hand-selected oak barrels. This process results in a superb, smooth taste which exceeds expectations with each sip.

Oregeon's Willamette Valley produces excellent pinot noir but if you're looking for something different from the region, we recommend Roman Candle. It's organic, sustainable, has no added sulfites and is fermented and aged in 90% stainless steel and 10% concrete tank. It's light and fresh, showing red fruit bright acidity and a hint of gamey earth. The aromas and palate will have you thinking Old World but this delicious pinot delivers a domestic pinot that's unique and expressive. For further enjoyment, drink with a slight chill.

‼️Amazing Orange Wine‼️
We've always been a fan of winemaker Kenny Likitprakong and this year we were able to get our hands on something very special from Kenny, his Folk Machine Jeanne D’Arc made from 100% chenin blanc. Fermentation begins naturally with six days of skin contact. The dry juice is then pressed off the skins and transferred to neutral oak barrels where natural fermentation is completed with no added sulfites. The final wine is unfined and unfiltered. It's a beautifully textured wine with notes of peach and citrus and soft tannin. For those looking for a more approachable orange wine or just a great summer white, we highly recommend this bottle. Less than 100 cases are produced of this wine so it won't be around for long.
