Our last Father’s Day together, 2022. We had just re-branded and I gave him exclusive dibs on the first ever Fight Shape shirts before they went on sale 🥊 He was very proud ❤️

At times we can get off track. Maybe something unexpected happens, you get blindsided. Routine gets disrupted. Bad habits become a regular occurrence. For a few years I have been struggling to get my footing. Diet fails.. Gym routine fails. A rollercoaster of being dedicated and completely deflated.
I had noticed a friend having great success in her fitness journey. She found a community that she loved. I was intrigued and had to check it out for myself.

I signed up for the 6 week challenge and I knew the first day, this was the place for me.
My goal was to lose 20 pounds. Today at 6 months into this journey, I'm down 22 pounds & 9% body fat! Not only do I look great but I feel great. I'm back! Fight Shape kicked my butt so hard I now have buns of steel. If you want to change something in your life, you have to change your life. And it's ok to ask for help. Fight Shape is the answer. 💪🏻 😎
