Who doesn't love breakfast??? Mix it up with the delicious apple pancake.
Skillet Apple Pancake
Ingredients
2 large eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 cup Buttermilk Pancakes & Waffle Mix
1 tablespoon Natural Grapeseed Oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter divided
1 apple sliced
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and milk together. Add Buttermilk Pancake & Waffles Mix and whisk until smooth. Stir in Natural Grapeseed Oil and mix thoroughly.
Heat a 12-inch nonstick, oven-safe, skillet over medium heat. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the apples to the pan and cook for about 3 minutes on each side. Remove the apples from the skillet.
Melt remaining 1 tablespoon of butter in the skillet. Add the batter. Cook on medium for about 2 minutes until the batter starts to set. Arrange the apples on top of the batter.
Transfer pan to oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the pancake is golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a cutting board and slice into 6 equal portions.

Smoked Cheddar and Tomato Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
30 mushrooms
1 1/2 cups cream cheese
2 tablespoons Smoked Cheddar & Tomato Blend
1/4 cup scallions thinly sliced
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Wash and destem all mushrooms. Arrange the mushroom caps, hollow-side up, in the baking dish. Chop half of the stems and discard the rest.
In a medium mixing bowl, hydrate Smoked Cheddar and Tomato Blend with 1 tablespoon warm water. Add the cream cheese, chopped mushroom stems, and green onions. Mix until thouroughly combined. Place cream cheese mixture into a zip-top bag and cut about half of an inch off of its corner.
Squeeze the cream cheese mixture into mushroom caps until filled and top with shredded mozzarella.
Bake for 30 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and cheese is browned.
GLUTEN FREE APPLE CRISP
Ingredients
4 apples chopped
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon divided
1 bag Gluten-Free Pancakes
1/4 cup light brown sugar
4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Toss apples with sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Transfer to a lightly greased 8-inch baking dish.
Combine Gluten-Free Pancake Mix, brown sugar, remaining 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and butter. Spread over the apples in the baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is golden brown.

Pumpkin Cheesecake!!!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
2 (8 ounce) blocks Neufchatel cream cheese softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake Blend
Directions:
Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Refrigerate.
Use an electric mixer to beat together cream cheese, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
Add pumpkin puree, vanilla, and Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake Blend. Mix until completely combined.
Spread pumpkin cheesecake mixture over graham cracker crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.

Hearty Italian Lasagna Soup
1 lb Italian style turkey or chicken sausage broken up
1 medium onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
4 oz cream cheese, cut in squares
2 Tablespoons minced garlic
1 Tablespoon Wildtree Chicken Bouillon Soup Base
1 Tablespoon Wildtree Hearty Spaghetti Sauce Blend or Wildtree Italian Salad Dressing Mix
At cooking time:
3 cups water (or more for desired texture)
29 oz can tomato sauce
14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
¾ to 1 cup dry ditalani (or smaller noodles)
Directions
Mix all ingredients into freezer bag. Remove air, seal & attach label. Double bag and freeze. Defrost bag in fridge before cooking. Empty bag contents in crockpot. Add 3 cups of water, 29 oz can tomato sauce & 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes. Stir. Cover & cook on low for 4-6 hours. 30 minutes prior to serving, boil water in saucepan to cook noodles. Once they are cooked to al dente, drain and add them to crockpot. Stir to incorporate. If using faster cook or smaller size noodles, put dry pasta directly into crockpot, stir & cover. Let them cook for 30 minutes in the crockpot. For an extra “wow”, serve in bowls topped with mozzarella cheese & broiled to melt cheese.

Ingredients
4 (4 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Wildtree Wicked Good Slow Cooker Sauce
1 medium yellow onion sliced
8 ounces mushrooms sliced
1 cup instant polenta prepared according to package directions
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 (12 ounce) bag green beans
1/2 teaspoon Wildtree Gourmet Sea Salt: All Purpose
Directions
Place chicken, Wicked Good Slow Cooker Sauce, onion, and mushrooms a slow cooker; cook for 2-3 hours on low. Cook polenta according to package directions and stir in Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley right before polenta finishes cooking; cover to keep warm.
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil and add green beans. Cook until lightly tender, 4-5 minutes. Season with Gourmet Sea Salt: All Purpose. Serve chicken and slow cooker contents over polenta with steamed green beans.

Slow Cooker Lasagna
Prep Time: 15 mins
Cook Time: 5 hours 15 mins

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 yellow onion diced
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Garlic Galore Seasoning Blend
1 teaspoon Gourmet Sea Salt: Garlic
1 (29 ounce) can no salt added tomato sauce
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 bag Lasagna Skillet Meal
1/2 cup water
1 (12 ounce) container ricotta cheese
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pound lasagna noodles
Directions
Add ground beef, onion, black pepper, Garlic Galore Seasoning Blend, and Gourmet Sea Salt: Garlic to a freezer bag and seal. Squeeze bag to combine ingredients. Freeze.
Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, and Lasagna Skillet Meal to a second freezer bag and seal. Squeeze bag to combine ingredients. Freeze.
Thaw freezer bags completely before following the recipe. Heat a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook contents of first freezer for 5-10 minutes or until lightly browned and cooked through: 160°F. Drain fat from skillet and stir in contents of second freezer bag along with water. Mix ricotta cheese and mozzarella together in a small bowl. Once sauce is simmering, ladle ¼ of the sauce in the bottom of the slow cooker. Layer lasagna noodles on top of the sauce and top with 1/3 of the cheese mixture. Repeat twice and top with remaining meat sauce. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until noodles are tender.

2 bell peppers diced
4 (4 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon cumin
1 (14.5 ounce) can fire roasted diced tomatoes
1 cup water
1 (11 ounce) can corn drained
1 (15.5 ounce) can black beans drained and rinsed
4 ounces Neufchatel cream cheese
1 bag Queso Skillet Meal
Directions:
Add red bell pepper, chicken, cumin, diced tomatoes, and water to a slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or until chicken is tender; shred chicken. Add remaining ingredients to slow cooker and cook for another 30-40 minutes or until cream cheese is melted; stir to incorporate. Serve with desired toppings.

Ingredients
4 pounds pork ribs
1/3 cup Wicked Good Slow Cooker Sauce
Directions:
Place the spare ribs in the bottom of a slow cooker. Cover with the Wicked Good Slow Cooker Sauce. Cook on high for 5-6 hours or low for 8 hours.

Ingredients
3 pounds red potatoes quartered
1 cup water
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon Garlic & Herb Blend
DIRECTIONS:
Add potatoes, water, butter, and salt to a slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours. Mash potatoes with sour cream and Garlic & Herb Blend. Serve hot.

Chipotle Lime Black Bean Chili
Ingredients
1 tablespoon Wildtree Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil
1 yellow onion diced
2 cloves garlic minced
1 pound lean ground turkey
3 (14.5 ounce) cans black beans drained and rinsed
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons Wildtree Taco Seasoning
1 tablespoon Wildtree Chipotle Lime Rub
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 cups low sodium chicken stock
Directions
Heat Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Cook onion for 3-4 minutes or until softened. Add garlic and cook for another 2 minutes. Add turkey and cook until brown. Add beans, tomatoes, Taco Seasoning, Chipotle Lime Rub, red wine vinegar, and chicken stock to the pan. Simmer on low for 1 hour. Serve with sour cream or grated cheese if desired. Serve with desired toppings.
Or
Dump all ingredients in crockpot except turkey. Brown turkey in grape seed oil and add to crockpot once browned. Cook on low 4-6 hours
Top with sour cream and cheese!

BBQ Pulled Pork with Smashed Potatoes
Prep Time: 15 mins
Cook Time: 6 hours
Servings: 6
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin
1/2 cup Wicked Good Slow Cooker Sauce
2 tablespoons Natural Grapeseed Oil
3 cups broccoli slaw
2 teaspoons Italian Salad Dressing Mix
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
6 pounds small red potatoes
DIRECTIONS:
Place pork tenderloin in a slow cooker with 1/4 cup Wicked Good Slow Cooker Sauce. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or low for about 6 hours or until tender and shreds easily with a fork. Toss shredded pork with remaining 1/4 cup Wicked Good Slow Cooker Sauce. While the pork is cooking, prepare a slaw by combining the broccoli slaw vegetables with Italian Salad Dressing Mix, light mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and 1 tablespoon Natural Grapeseed Oil. Refrigerate until you are ready to serve. Boil potatoes in a large pot of water for about 25 minutes or until fork tender. Transfer to a lightly greased sheet pan. Using a flat surface, such as the bottom of a measuring cup, press each potato until mostly flattened. Brush potatoes with remaining 1 tablespoon Natural Grapeseed Oil. Bake at 450 degrees F for about 25 minutes or until browned and crisp. Serve shredded pork over smashed potatoes topped with broccoli slaw.

2 1/2 tablespoons Hearty Spaghetti Sauce Blend
1/8 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 bay leaf
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 medium white onion diced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 large eggs
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 pound ground Italian sausage
2 tablespoons Hearty Spaghetti Sauce Blend
1 tablespoon Garlic Galore Seasoning Blend
1 tablespoon Garlic & Herb Blend
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
-Combine crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, 2 1/2 tablespoons Hearty Spaghetti Sauce Blend, sugar, bay leaf, onion, mushroom, and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese in a slow cooker.
-Beat eggs in a mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients; use your hands to incorporate ingredients.
-Shape mixture into 2-inch meatballs. Add to sauce in the slower and gently stir to cover meatballs in sauce. Cover and cook on high for 5 hours.
-Serve over your choice of pasta.

Ingredients:
2 pounds beef stew meat
1 yellow onion diced
1 green bell pepper chopped
1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1 (15 ounce) can low sodium black beans drained and rinsed
1 (15 ounce) can low sodium kidney beans drained and rinsed
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles
5 tablespoons Wildtree Fajita Seasoning
2 tablespoons Wildtree Taco Sauce
2 cups water
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sliced pickled jalapenos
Directions:
Add beef stew meat, yellow onions, green bell peppers, crushed tomatoes, black beans, kidney beans, diced green chilies, Fajita Seasoning, and Taco Sauce in a freezer bag and seal. Squeeze bag to combine ingredients. Freeze.
Thaw freezer bag completely before emptying into a slow cooker. Stir in water, cover, and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Serve topped with sour cream, cheddar cheese, and pickled jalapeños.

Creamy Potato Soup
This can be made ahead and frozen or made day of!
Ingredients:
In Freezer Bag
OPTIONAL 1 lb browned ground sausage
1 medium onion, diced or 1 cup frozen diced onion
2-3 celery stalks, diced
2-3 whole carrots, diced or 1½ cup frozen sliced carrots
5 cups frozen diced hash browns
2 Tablespoons Wildtree Chicken Bouillon Soup Base
2 teaspoons Wildtree Rancher Steak Rub
At cooking time:
3 cups water, ***if using fresh potatoes, dice & add 8 cups to crockpot
8 oz sour cream
¼ cup Wildtree Kids Cheez
2¼ cups milk (divided)
2/3 cup flour
1/3 cup butter
Directions:
Mix all ingredients into freezer bag. Remove air, seal & attach label. Double bag and freeze. Defrost bag in fridge before cooking. Empty bag contents in crockpot. Add 3 cups of water. Stir. Cover & cook on low for 4-6 hours or until vegetables are fork tender.
To make a roux: In deep saucepan, melt 1/3 cup butter. Add 2/3 cup flour and stir to combine. Add 2 cups milk slowly, stirring well. Pour sauce into crockpot & stir to combine. In a shaker bottle (or small bowl), add ¼ cup milk & ¼ cup Wildtree Kids Cheez, shake/whisk until combined. Pour cheese mixture into crockpot and stir. Add 8 oz sour cream and salt & pepper to taste, stir. Let simmer 1 hour & serve. (Add additional milk if too thick). Great served with Wildtree Beer Bread or Dinner Rolls.

Ingredients
4 (4 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 yellow onion sliced
2 cloves garlic minced
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (15.5 ounce) can cannellini beans drained and rinsed
1 cup Wildtree Golden BBQ Sauce
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours. Top with a dollop of sour cream and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

Ingredients
2 (14 ounce) cans artichoke hearts drained and diced
1 (10 ounce) container frozen spinach thawed and excess liquid squeezed out
8 ounces light sour cream
2 tablespoons Wildtree Garlic & Herb Blend
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 yellow onion diced
3/4 cup low fat milk
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 3-4 hours until the dip is heated through. Stir occasionally during cooking until cream cheese is completely melted and incorporated.

Ranch Chicken Chili

Ingredients:
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 medium yellow onion diced
1 cup frozen or canned corn
1 (15.5 ounce) can black beans drained and rinsed
1 (15.5 ounce) can cannellini beans drained and rinsed
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chiles
4 teaspoons Wildtree Vegetable Bouillon Soup Base
1 bag Wildtree Creamy Ranch Dressing & Dip Mix
1/2 tablespoon Wildtree Spicy Carne Asada Seasoning (or Wildtree Chipotle Lime)
1 cup water
1 (8 ounce) block Neufchatel cream cheese (found next to cream cheese)
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 tomato diced (or canned)
Directions
Add chicken, onion, corn, beans, diced tomatoes, Vegetable Bouillon Soup Base, Creamy Ranch Dressing & Dip Mix, and Spicy Carne Asada Seasoning (or Chipotle Lime Blend) to a freezer bag and seal. Squeeze bag to combine ingredients. Freeze.
Thaw freezer bag completely before emptying into a slow cooker. Stir in water and cook on low for 5-6 hours. Shred chicken with a fork and tongs and place cream cheese on top. Cover and cook for another hour and stir in melted cream cheese. Serve topped with cilantro and diced tomato.
**Can be made fresh too! Just dump in crock and cook! 🙌
