Our unique process: We are committed and involved fully to each job from initial walk-through completion, providing a detailed preconstruction process to ensure that each step of the already hectic building process is completed as efficiently and effectively as possible.

We currently have openings for experienced lead carpenters.

About you:

As a lead carpenter, you are an artist, taking pride in your work. You are a good leader and will help guide and teach at least (1) apprentice from the beginning of the job to the completion of a job, ensuring client satisfaction. This includes and is not limited to being on time, meeting schedule, budgets and excellent client communication.

You have great experience in all scopes of remodeling, framing, drywall, decking, pergolas, kitchen/basement and bath remodels, indoor and outdoor jobs, additions and pop tops, etc.

Responsibilities:

Ø Work closely with project manager from pre-construction budget planning and schedule to final punch list walk through

Ø Guide and teach at least (1) apprentice the values of building the right way

Ø Allocate resources for assigned projects

Ø Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors

Ø Interface with clients daily to update projects at the end of the day

Ø Ensure projects stay on schedule and budget

Ø Maintain high workmanship standards, adhering to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

Ø At least (5) years construction experience as a Lead

Ø Must have your own truck, tools and valid driver’s license

Ø Strong leadership skills

Ø Strong negotiation skills

Ø Able to meet deadlines and detail oriented

*Pay is based on skill level. We provide W2 forms in lieu of 1009’s. *

Wrapping up the kitchen Design+Build in addition to new flooring throughout!

Our team and the homeowners jointly nailed the design down and we couldn’t be more stoked on how it came together. Great colors and a very cozy, modern feel.

Our favorite part of this build are the cabinets with their concrete finish!
