It was a 5 minute workout and there is zero doubt it was tough for her
One year later her workout was

300m Run
20 Abmat Situps
10 Back Rack Lunges
10 Banded Strict Pull-Ups
It took her 20 minutes and she used 45lbs for the Lunges.
To say that Sabina has made insane progress over the last year is a huge understatement. She is stronger, fitter and healthier than ever.
It did not come easy! It took a lot of hard work and dedication to getting in the gym twice a week for her one-one-one sessions with Coach Matt. She knew he would push and challenge her but also keep her safe and keep things fun.
A year ago, this mom of 2 energic boys decided it was about time to do something for herself and she has not looked back.
