It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of former City Commissioner Ben Neece. With a remarkable tenure of 32 years as the Municipal Court Judge, including a decade as the Presiding Judge, Ben dedicated himself to serving the City of Brownsville. His commitment extended further as he served as City Commissioner for District 4 from 2017 to 2021. Beyond his public service, Ben will be remembered for his dedication to our community. Ben's legacy and impact on Brownsville will be cherished and dearly missed. 🕊️
