Fuller, plumper lips are a common desire for many women and some men. For those with very thin lips, achieving that perfect plumpness can be a challenge, but it is definitely possible with patience and the right approach.

Using just 1/2 syringe per session allows the filler to settle naturally into the thin space, helping to stretch the tissue gradually and prepare for more filler in a few months. This method also helps prevent filler migration outside the lip area.

What an amazing transformation for this wonderful lady using our signature liquid facelift!

Although surgical intervention may be the best option for some patients, they may not have the finances or desire to go that route. It is important to set realistic expectations for the patient and reinforce that the results will not be the same as with a surgical facelift, but definitely improved significantly.

For this patient, I rejuvenated her face with the use of a combination of xeomin and dermal fillers, both hyaluronic acid and CaHA. These results were achieved with multiple sessions and multiple filler syringes within a five months span. Her results will continue to improve from here on thanks to the biostimulating properties of Radiesse that will help her produce her own collagen and elastin for the younger looking skin we all desire.
