I have a couple announcements for Blackwater and Blackwater Bites food truck!

Our hours have changed and we are actually open earlier everyday. With that being said,, I will be testing out having the food truck open for lunches starting tomorrow for:
Thursdays 11-1
Fridays 11-1

Next announcement: I am now using fresh local buns from none other than Zeitman's Grocery Store here in historic downtown bryan.

A friend of mine has terminal cancer and will be in town tomorrow on his cross country road trip. He has requested that I do chicken fried Steak for him and his parents. So tomorrow 10/30/2021 I will be serving CFS, not sure when I will do them again. Don't miss your chance!

Chicken Fried Steak Day!!! EVERY WEDNESDAY!

Starting today, I will be offering smoked brisket as an add on for the grown up grilled cheese as well as pulled pork tacos. If it is popular enough, this will become permanent!

Food truck will be serving up food at O'Bannon's taphouse today starting at 6 p.m.

Sunday Funday at BWD has returned!

Food truck is open, come down to Blackwater Draw in Downtown Bryan and get yourself some food as well as a pint!

Blackwater Draw Brewing Co. And myself (William Rice) have partnered together to start a food truck. Over the years people have wanted to see some favorite dishes come back as well as our very popular brunch. We are doing just those things, bringing back your favorites as well as brunch....but on a food truck! The truck will be permanently attached to Blackwater Draw in Downtown Bryan. We will also be offering up pop ups during the week as well as food at events around the Bryan College Station area.
