In October of this past year, the Bryan ISD Education Foundation took its Prize Patrol to all Bryan ISD campuses to deliver a total of $100,000 in teacher grants!! As we continue to take a look at how some grant winners used their grant money, we wanted to share with you how they are making a difference. Take a look!
Teacher, Ashoka Fernando, from Long Intermediate School in Bryan ISD, used her grant money to buy LabQuest Mini-Equipments. This equipment helped her students tremendously, as it was helpful for understanding the real-world relevance of force, speed, and graphing principals. Ms. Fernando said that the best part about working in Bryan ISD is how "as a team, we all have a shared sense of purpose, creating unity, and motivation". She also "feels blessed to be apart of Bryan ISD"!

On Saturday, November 4, 2023, the Bryan ISD Education Foundation came together with Bryan ISD to celebrate the 2023 Hall of Honor honorees! Today is the day! Grant Prize Patrol is here!! Today, the Bryan ISD Education Foundation will host their annual Teacher Grant Prize Patrol. This is our 5th year in participating in Brazos Valley Gives, and we have an exciting goal of raising $35,000 in one day! All proceeds will go back to support our amazing BISD educators and students.
