Good Morning. Just wanted to remind yall that we are open today. We have 17 days left for the season!! We'll see y'all soon!!

Good Morning. We just wanted to give yall an update on our hours for this weekend.

We will be open Friday from 11am - 530pm, Saturday 11am - 3pm, and Sunday CLOSED for Easter.

Few reminders:
- If you're in town, please make your way to our office to be seen. We are only doing emails for out of town clients. TAT on emails is about a week out. There is NO GUARANTEE they will be done by April 15th if sent in after April 1st. Clients in office get priority.
- Please make sure you have all your identification, residency, and forms in order to process your return.
- April 15th is just around the corner, avoid the wait and come in before!

We're back from Spring Break Vacation! 🥳🥳

Hours are posted below and are good until the end of March.

All emails and forms dropped off will be done when the office is not busy. Please remember, we are only doing emails from out of town customers. In town customers, please make arrangements to come in and be seen.

Starting April 1st, there is no guarantee that it will be done by April 15th if you email or drop off.

If you're getting a letter for verification and not sure how to do it, please come sign in and see the Tax Professional that did your return for help.

If information is not entered correctly there may be a delay.

Good Morning. If you're receiving this message when you look up your refund info on "Where's My Refund" don't panic! The IRS randomly selects taxpayer returns and requires them to verify their identity. This helps prevent identity theft/fraud.

All you need to do is follow the instructions on the letter you receive in the mail. Once you have been verified, your refund will be released.

We're NOT the only office that has Tax Payers receiving these letters.

Numerous Tax Payers are receiving them every year to help prevent Tax Fraud.

Please make sure you're keeping up with you Tax Forms. There is a fee for any copies needed.

If your return info has not updated on the Where's My Refund website, please scroll down ands look for the post about Transcripts. Your transcript will give you more accurate info on what's going on with your return.

If you're trying to look up your refund on Where's My Refund, please take a look at your paper work.

If you need additional copies, it will be $25.00

PLEASE keep track of your records.

We're not able to stop in the middle of clients to look up information.

If you can make an account on the IRS website, you can look up your transcript for more accurate information. You do not need your paperwork for this route.

As of today, we will no longer be accepting emailed/messaged returns for local clients, BRYAN COLLEGE STATION. Please come in to the office and wait to be seen.

Our focus on emails will only be for OUT OF TOWN clients.

We are backed up on emails and have been trying to catch up, but we have to service clients in office first. Thank you for having patience with us, we're doing the best we can.

If you want your return done asap, please come in the office and be seen. We go in the order they're received.

Good Afternoon!!! The IRS should start processing returns today with EARNED INCOME CREDIT and ADDITIONAL CHILD TAX CREDIT. You should have an update by Feb 17th. If you would like to check your transcript to get a more accurate date, here are the directions.

Step 1 - Go to www.irs.gov
Step 2 - In the search bar type TRANSCRIPT
Step 3 - Select Get Transcript
Step 4 - Scroll down to Request Online and select Get Transcript Online
Step 5 - Sign In
Step 6 - Select Reason "Other", you don't need to enter a Customer File Number
Step 7 - Go to the Account Transcript Box and select 2023. If 2023 is not available, they have not started on your return. You will just have to wait for them to process it.
Step 8 - Scroll down and look for code 846. That is your estimated date of release of your funds.

If you have any other code, look through the photos below and see what it means.

Again, we CANNOT do this for you. You will have to sign in on your own and look up the information. It can be done on your phone, but NOT on the app.
