Maple 🍁 Springs Confections will be taking a break for awhile from the markets as well as our wholesale accounts. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused anyone.

GUTM was a success thanks to everyone who stopped by 🍁 Maple Springs Confections booth yesterday. And came to support the venders from the farmer's market.
It was a beautiful day for a great family event.

Maple Springs Confections is gearing up for GUTM on Saturday April 27th. We will be set up in front of Innovation brewery. Stop by for a cup of coffee to go with your baked maple confection goods as well as other good things from our other vendors who are all from the farmers market.

Bagels are Back. They will be at the market tomorrow. From 9 am to 12 noon.

We will have our bagels made with GF ingredients both bagel seasoning or plain tomorrow at the Sylva Farmers market from 10 am to 1 pm. Also our other maple goodies. The bagels are great for breakfast or for as a sandwich.

Our last market at this time from 9 am to 1 pm ends next Saturday. Then we start our summer schedule on Saturday April 6th from 9 am to 12 noon.
Catch many of our returning vendors joining the market as well.

Maple Springs Confections will be at the Sylva farmers market in the morning from 10 am to 1 pm with all things made with GF ingredients. We are learning so much with different kinds of GF flours and what works best. It is both challenging and rewarding as we venture into the GF world.
Come out and support our local farmers market where you can find coffee, eggs, micro greens, veggies, seedlings, and great craftsmanship or craftswomanship. Oh, and friendly people to serve you.

The little elfs in the kitchen have been busy working on new products. Some went great and some well not so great. We are having fun with the new food experiments and it's exciting as well. Can't wait to share them with everyone.

It will be a little cool but there is a lot to warm you up at the market...warm and friendly vendors, great products to warm you up inside and out. So come out and support local.

Maple Springs Confections is happy to be part of the last holiday market in Bryson City tomorrow from 11 am to 3 pm. for the 2023 season.
We will be offering hot coffee donated by Mtn. Perks, along with herbal teas, and hot cocoa. These nice warm drinks can be paired with any of our Maplelicious confections or just by themselves while you walk around and brouse for the local art works and herbs for Christmas gifts.

Thursday Dec. 14th at the third Thursday holiday market from 5 pm to 8 pm. in Sylva.
Friday morning at the Friday holiday market in Bryson from 11 am to 3 pm.
Saturday morning at the Sylva market from 10 am to 1pm.
Saturday at the JAM art market from 1 to 5 pm.
Eric will be joining me with some of his masks and other art work great for Christmas gifts that last a lifetime.
We will be back in Sylva for the start of the 2024 season 10 am to 1 pm.
