You probably hate me for it because it’s not fun but, so effective. 🙌🏼 sitting in a squat like this can help open up your pelvis but also, your pelvic floor is used to relaxing on the toilet so it’s a no-brainer for a mom to be able to relax and let those contractions do their thing. 🫶🏼

How moms are this stunning while in labor always gets me!😍🤩🤩🤩
Also, that comb!! One of the best labor tools to get you to the point of needing to get in the water 💦

What laboring at home as long as possible can look like 💪🏼 & she was complete but not pushy yet when we made it to the birth center which is so ideal. This first-time-mom absolutely rocked her out-of-hospital unmedicated birth. The amount of education she sought was so impressive and key to her crushing her birth goals!
