The new academic year has started in India. The children especially from government run schools will need school stationery. The cost per child is apprx 1190 rupees which will have a full pack of stationery good enough for an year ( pencils, erasers, sharpeners, crayons, ruler) one A4 size clip board and one geometry box.

Om Sri Sai Ram,

With your support, we were able to distribute dry rations for more than 1,000 families in Mullaitivu, Trincomalee, and upcountry through the respective Sai centres in the area during Swami's last birthday. In addition, we built a house for 30 lacs SLR for a family in Puthukudiyiruppu, Mullativu for a widow with 5 children.

This year, to mark Swami's 98 th birthday on November 23rd, we are planning to distribute dry rations of 10 kg rice, 3 kg dhal, 2 kg sugar, .25 kg Tea leaves and 5 sunlight soap with an estimated cost of Rs 4,600 ($20 CDN) for families in the same area. The ration provided will also take into consideration the number of individuals in each household.

Anyone wishing to donate are asked to please give your contributions based on the number of families you wish to donate towards ($20 per family’s dry ration).

A receipt will be provided by the Sai Centre in Sri Lanka.

On this beautiful wonderful New Year's Eve day I had a wonderful production of Swami in my dreams today. It looked like we were doing a great jagna now for mother Gayathri and there was Beauty and wonder in the air and Swami was in his young self presiding over the yagna Shala. He was very relaxed and looked wonderful and beautiful thank you so much for the vision and I hope to bring that to fruition in the next year. That's the beautiful wonderful image of Swami's darshan this morning fills me with both Wonder amazement as well as a little bit of trepidation because in the past it has been usually a four signal for something to come about in the next few months in which I would need his absolute assurance and his constant blessing that he's with me no matter what is foreboding to come in the future. I have been meaning to go see Swami in Parthi and it has been one thing or the other and have not been able to make that trip so I have been constantly craving for his darshan and for the feeling of being at Parthi I hope this is just another way for him to show me that he is there with me at all times and that he's guiding me and helping me to reach to the next level I love you Swami and I thank you and I know even if something is foreboding in the future or even if it's now I know that you are with me at all times and I shall not fear and I shall not worry let me be happy that all be happy happy New Year to everyone looking forward to a wonderful beautiful fun-filled new year in which we shall have great Retreats and great events at Arobanam in Buffalo I'm looking forward to seeing each and everyone of you take part in it and be a part of this great organization that is budding and blossoming to become a center of great innovation of great charity and a great place of peace and sublime bliss Sairam.
