Introducing the dynamic Resident Highlight duo : Usman and Simba!

Usman's furry companion, Simba, is a 3-year old pup who was born in Missouri and favorite pastimes include frolicking on the grass and spending time with people.

As for Usman, his favorite aspect of The Grid is the building itself, where the abundance of amenities adds a personal touch. But it's the incredible community within these doors that truly makes The Grid special.

Usman's go-to dining spot is Marco's Italian Restaurant and his passion lies in medicine. As a PA and cardiovascular transplant coordinator, he plays a vital role in coordinating the surgical process for individuals on heart transplant waitlists.
