I finally allowed myself to receive, determined lately not to deflect but to embrace and accept those things that are for me.

This was very hard for me, feeling worthy of or the imposter syndrome.
My birthday was a huge test to this, I’ve celebrated all week, I’ve never allowed my self to feel that way about me.

As I thought, how many things have I passed up because of this?

I’m finally at a place where, thank you means more. It’s more genuine, the gratitude is more pronounced. The gift is coming to display

Lately, I’ve been asking my self:

“Have you grown this year”

In 3 of my 5 pillars for life yes (emotionally, mentally, physically), the last two im not sure. But for some reason those two (Financially and spiritually), are weighing on me the most.

Have I become out of harmony with Him, who I seek the most? Am I in a transition period? Are the two more closely related that I have understood before?

I’m finding that the last question is truer and truer every day. The more abundant your state of being, out of abundance you can give. Thus making your reception that much greater.

There’s a huge myth out there that you need 20% to close, ITS FALSE!

Yes it does help with lowering you payment but it is not mandatory in order to close on a home!

6-7% is the average, and if you a first time homeowner you can get some assistance if you qualify

It’s always the Little things that can destroy your home. Most of the time they go unnoticed, because we are on the Go so much.

Take it from me if you start to notice these fix them right away, most of the time it’s less than $100 fix.

The Home Tips are Back and the first day we are starting with Taxes!!!

So many do not factor these in, especially when looking in certain areas around the city. Remember the further you get out in suburbia, the higher your taxes will be. You want to make sure you account for this.

Think of it like this, Every $1200 of annual takes is $100 that takes away from your monthly payment that you qualify for.
