Happy Sunday Funday and go Team USA! In the spirit of the Summer Olympics we're watching some Olympic themed movies based on the 1936 games. At 1:00 we have the story of Jesse Owens in the film Race (2016) starring Stephan James and Jason Sudeikis. George Clooey's The Boys in the Boat (2023) starts at 3:15 with Joel Edgerton, Callum Turner and Peter Guinness. We will have Olympic events on our second TV and Vinyl Night follows our films.

The Summer Olympics are underway in Paris and so Paris is the backdrop for our Movies for a Sunday Afternoon. At 1:00 we have the classic short film The Red Balloon (1956). At 1:35 Audrey Hepburn and Cary Grant star in Charade (1963). Audrey returns with Peter O'Toole and Eli Wallcach in How to Steal a Million (1966) at 3:30. Of course Olympic events will be shown on our other TV and Vinyl Night starts at 6:00.

We've got a few new beer offerings. One of them is in honor of the Paris Olympics. Kronenbourg 1664 Blanc "playfully elegant wheat beer from France with a delicate twist of citrus. 1664 Blanc has subtle aromas and a beautiful haziness. Brewed with a dash of French joie de vivre and served in our unique blue bottle."

I have never heard of any of them. They all look pretty good (from the trailers). You decide. At 1:00, John Hamm, Tina Fey and Nick Mohammed star in Maggie Moore(s).
