Our Story
Nikole M. Wynn began her legal career working at a local criminal defense firm. In that capacity, Nikole managed the firm’s vehicle and traffic caseload, representing clients charged with traffic violations all over Western New York. Nikole also defended clients in a variety of criminal matters, including DWI cases, theft crimes, assault and violent crimes, drug crimes, and Department of Motor Vehicle licensing issues, etc. As a young attorney, Nikole stood out for the excellent outcomes she was able to achieve for her clients, her professionalism, and her kindness.
In 2014, Nikole decided to truly live up to her passion of helping low-income and marginalized people by joining the Volunteer Lawyers Project as a staff attorney. In her role as a staff attorney, Nikole helps her clients navigate the often confusing legal landscape.
While Nikole loves her work through the Volunteer Lawyers Project, she quickly realized that she still had a passion for criminal defense work. As a result, Nikole formed the Law Office of Nikole M. Wynn with the goal of providing honest, affordable, and quality legal representation to individuals facing criminal and traffic matters in Western New York.
Since opening the Law Office of Nikole M. Wynn in 2014, Nikole has expanded her practice to include end of life planning, LGBTQ issues, and other civil legal issues.
