With this warm Buffalo weather we're thinking about grilling. I first learned about Steven Rinella from his book The Scavenger's Guide to Haute Cuisine from 2006. He's gone on to a large career including his show The MeatEater (now lives on Netflix).
His latest cookbook, The MeatEater Outdoor Cookbook:Â Wild Game Recipes for the Grill, Smoker, Campstove, and Campfire, debuted last week in April!

That is a wrap on ! It was a crazy 48-hours including driving across New York State and back! We visited mom, watched a friend get married, and even met Phil (of Somebody Feed Phil)! Plus a golden ticket winner!
