Flannels and dahlias abound. 🍁🍂 These blooms are SO good and then they’re gone - sadly, real real soon. We have somewhere between 1-3 weeks left for dahlias and all other locally-grown beauties until next year. Mother Nature will make that call, and sometimes without too much warning! Be sure to snag a last bundle while you can!

Last month the Wildroot crew and our partners took a weekend off to celebrate a successful hustle of a year in Hudson Valley, NY! Those pictured here (as well as the full seasonal and now-and-then Wildroot fam) are the reason that Wildroot is what it is. We are beyond blessed to be able to work and brainstorm and laugh with such a fantastic group of people every day. This weekend of relaxation was much deserved and so enjoyed. It is not lost on us that there are many workplaces who wouldn’t happily rent a house and comfortably stay together for 48 hours, enjoying each other’s company “off the clock.” The spirit of Wildroot is so alive in our people and it’s a joy to continue to build this business alongside this crew! 🤍

This past week Wildroot was honored as part of UB Fast 46; an event that celebrates that fastest growing companies owned or lead by UB alumni. It is always so fun to be back on UB’s campus and we’re so grateful for the recognition of the hard work we’re putting into our business. We hope to be back year and year as Wildroot continues to grow! Congratulations to all of the other finalists; it was so exciting to learn about your businesses and the impact we are all making in the community since leaving UB. And even more exciting to recognize so many names as customers and friends that we’ve made over the past ~6 years in business! Forever a very proud UB Bull! 💙🤍🤘🏻

It’s a buzzing, busy week in the boutique! We have a very happenin’ weekend coming up. Thrilled to show more very soon! 🤍✨ We’re closed this upcoming Saturday as our full crew will be out and about on wedding setups. Open regular hours (10-5:30) now through Friday!

The best part of September is the phenomenal variety available in locally-grown flowers. Our farmer friends’ fields are FULL and so is our boutique with their incredible and well-loved blooms! The variety on our design tables is unmatched at this time of year. 🍂✨🌸

Your daily reminder that dahlia season is pure magic. 🍓🍇🍒 We’re open Mon-Thu only this week because Friday through Sunday our team is off on our annual Employee Appreciation Getaway (AKA the Wildroot Summer Bash)! The store is full and bustling now through Thursday and we’ll reopen Monday (8/26) at 12PM!

Today we celebrate a year with Caroline on the Wildroot team!! 🌸🤍 If you’ve stopped in to the store, you’ve felt Caroline’s bubbly and bright personality the moment you walk in. She is smiley, always singing, and genuinely invested in making your flowers absolutely perfect all while hustling through the day’s work and brainstorming ways to make Wildroot better and better. We’re so lucky to work alongside her; her care and kindness is infectious and she’s a top notch floral designer with a true passion and appreciation for the seasonal and locally-grown blooms we love to work with. She is a constant learner and a great friend with true oldest sibling energy (AKA makes sure the whole team is comfortable and taken care of at all times). Cheers to many more years of tea lattes, musical sing-alongs, and Bridgerton debriefs while creating flower magic!!
