Another batch of rye heading to the oven

I have been in the baking industry for over 3 decades and Mazurek's rye is the best I have had. So here is a suggestion for your ham leftovers from Easter. Slice it thinly and fry it. Then add it to the middle of a grilled cheese sandwich on our rye. You will love it!!
