Kim, and the team at CAS does such an amazing job to advance community building and bringing awareness to health equity. The Hallmark Firm is honored to continue to work with Kim and her team as we advance the CAS Ken-Bailey Project.

The Hallmark Firm is proud to serve Sylver Cooley and her new cafe “Sylver’s Place” at the Olympic Towers, 300 Pearl Street. Sylver is a new black owned and operated cafe in the downtown area. Juneteenth weekend was magnificent!! We were greatful to engage our community and inform the people about the projects in the East Side of Buffalo. We hilighted 750 E. Ferry, CAS Ken-Bailey, and our newest project the Broadway Barn. Thank you to everyone who stop by and provided comments and support!

Exciting news! Our development team has won the RFP bid with the City of Buffalo to redevelop the Broadway Barn! The Broadway Bard is located in the African American Heritage Corridor. We are proposing a multi-use Sportsplex and concert (cultural and arts) venue along with 130 residential units. Big congrats to our development team NYSCO Development, Bellwether Advisors, and Carmina Wood and Associates. We are tremendously excited!
