This is hands down (pun intended) is one of my favorite ways to incorporate parents and grandparents who dont necessarily want to step in front of my camera. I always give clients the option on whether or not they would like to be photograph during their newborn session with the sweet babe. If parents opt out, I always love doing something like this as a way to document and capture the essence of how little they were and that they're loved will always have their hands on them to guide, love and cherish them.

Sometimes I like to…
Get creative with photoshop and play around with overlays and digital backdrops during my photo shoots. This is such a great way to spice up a plain paper backdrop and make a vision come to life.
This cute metallic cocktail dress with bow belt from just had to be bedazzled with some holiday garland. Because let’s be honest a simple paper backdrop wouldn’t have done it justice. Can you guess what color the photo was actually shot on?
Here’s a hint…it WASN’T red 🫣😏

Hands down one of my most favorite gowns I have in the studio to date! If you think it photographs beautifully you should see it in person! It is absolutely stunning and shimmers so well in photos.
Now the biggest question…should I get it in black?

What’s the first stuffed animal you ever had?
Chances are, it was probably something that was given by a loved one at a baby shower, or when you announced your pregnancy.
And I bet it was probably a teddy bear!
Did you know that it was the most popular animal for stuffed animals? So what better way to join all the cuteness of a newborn and the world’s most popular stuffed animal?
By styling a newborn in a teddy bear outfit, complete with their own perfect size Teddy.
Btw how many times did I say the word, Teddy? 😂

Little miss Scarlett followed in her big sister’s footsteps by having her first photo shoot done at the studio!
This sweet baby girl slept like a rock. We were all in awe of those sweet chunky baby cheeks!

Those are just some of the lyrics to a song that belongs to one of my all time favorite bands in the entire world. One that has been on my bucket list for years to see and that if I had only one choice to see, they would be it.
So who is it?…

Hands down my all time favorite band. EVER. And today…I found out that they’re coming to Buffalo in January!!!!! When I tell you I legit screamed and dropped my phone I did just that.
So come Friday, I’ll be purchasing my tickets and making sure I’m as close to that stage as possible! In the meantime, if you see me singing my heart out in the car, whipping my hair around 1)it’s probably bc I’m listening to Aerosmith and 2)enjoy the show :)
