Hours can vary, please call with specific wants or needs that don't meet your needs with what is listed.
I want to share a couple of products with you that I use. Yes, I sell them, but I don't push them. I sell them because they help people, and I offer them when I think they could be helpful. Mostly I focus on my private practice because I'm not much of a salesperson.
I am going to be 100% honest and tell you that I do not take these products every day. I take them when I need them, and they work.
Here's are a couple of my stories:
1. I am a very sensitive and I don't generally consume any caffeine, except a little dark chocolate (a little too often lately, I might add haha cutting back). The Ur Energized product that is first pictured, I just took. However, because I am a sensitive person that doesn't generally consume caffeine, I only take between 25-33% of one pill. :) I don't drink coffee or anything like that. (My colleague at work takes these occasionally and she takes a whole pill.) I try not to take them more than a couple times a week - and 1/4 to 1/3 of a pill at that, but that's all I need. It gives me a little pick me up, and now I don't need to eat dark chocolate today. haha Look at the ingredients. There is one ingredient that is synthesized: MitoPrime - which is made from all the good things that are in medicinal mushrooms like reishi (which is also an ingredient, along with Ginseng). I also take Ginseng shots occasionally, which are great. :)
2. The second product, Ur Vitality... I started getting a cyst on the side of my right foot about ten years ago. I've had it treated by a doctor and have considered getting it surgically removed because it went away for a while, but it came back for the 3 time. I was starting to seriously consider scheduling surgery two ago because it was hurting on a daily basis when I walked, danced, etc. Then I started taking Ur Vitality occasionally. The pain went away and the cyst shrank. I honestly go months without taking Ur Vitality, but every time my foot starts to hurt again due to that cyst, I take Ur Vitality for a few days and the pain stops. Most recently on May 20, it had been hurting for a couple of days again. I took Ur Vitality for 3 days in a row. The pain was gone the day after the 1st dose, but I took a couple more to be on the safe side. This means that this supplement has been helping me avoid foot surgery for a couple of years. I'm also certain that it is helping to take the arthritic pain away in my knuckles when I take it. (Not eating gluten and dairy also helps with that.)
Just to be even more honest, when I was taking Ur Vitality every day, it started to irritate my lips because it's so potent, so I stopped taking it every day, and not take it as needed and I don't have any trouble with it. Keep in mind that my diet is very clean. I don't smoke anything or drink alcohol hardly ever, and I eat a lot of veggies etc. I get the same reaction from raw mangoes, which are also very potent. haha :)
That's my story. These supplements are not cheap, but not much is these days, especially things that are effective.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. Link below for purchasing. Have a great day! Maybe I'll see some of you at Barkology or Polish Cadets later for Swing Dancing! :D

Hello Friends! I just shared a list of self care options for painful areas to a new patient who is not able to come in due to the storm. (I am also not able to get back to Buffalo yet d/t the storm.)
This was for tennis elbow aka lateral epicondylitis, but you can apply these self care recommendations for any sore joint, neck or back…
1. Do some frictioning - deep massage with fingers in very small circular motion or simply press into the painful areas until you feel some pain (3-5/10 pain level, maybe 7/10 at most but not more than that). You can also use a tennis ball or lacrosse ball, or some other self massage tool if you are able to get into the area that way - place tool / ball on a table and lean into it with affected area. Otherwise, your other arm will get sore from doing the massaging.
2. Apply some Tiger Balm, eucalyptus oil, Icy Hot, Bengay or some other hot/cold muscle rub.
3. Soak in epsom salt bath.
4. Stretch elbow / wrist / forearm all directions. (Always good to STRETCH EVERYTHING EVERY DAY. ❤️)
5. *When it's feeling a little better*, do some LIGHT weight exercises- bicep curls & triceps, to get muscle warmed up and moving in both directions. (Also good for shoulder pain, include shoulder rotation exercises, stretchy bands are great & very affordable.)
*** For LOW BACK PAIN do planks and bridges, as well as low back stretches.
I know if you do all of some or all of these suggestions it will help relieve at least some pain. The more often you do them, the better it will feel.
I will try to remember to post on here when I am able to get back to the city and back to work. Otherwise, please feel free to check in with me at 716-465-7408. Stay safe everyone, people are still getting stuck out there even with AWD (all wheel drive).
Blessings and Happy Holidays! Hope you had a Merry Christmas/ Happy Hanukkah / Happy Solstice / Happy Kwanza! ❤️🎄❤️

Such a great gift to give your loved ones - support of self care with option of * ACUPUNCTURE, MASSAGE & / or LIFE COACHING * by yours truly.
Love and blessings to everyone during the holidays - one of the most stressful (if not the MOST stressful) time of year and some time with me in the treatment room with any of my modalities can be a great stress relief. Treat yourself or your loved ones.
I don’t know about you, but I have to remember to take care of myself with all the focus on others. On the flip side - focusing on giving to others is a great way to be distracted from our own grief or depression. Balance is the key. It is the season of giving and we need to take care of ourselves first. ❤️❤️❤️
I had my last day yesterday at Buffalo Pain and Healing (pain management office), working for Dr. Hsu. I was there for almost 5 years and gave them a months notice. They got me flowers and vegan cupcakes as a thank you.
Dr. Hsu was a great boss, but I’m ready to not have a boss again. He isn’t hiring another acupuncturist at this time so they are referring the patients to my private practice office which means I’ll be taking on a lot more business, including workers comp and no fault acupuncture patients.
In preparation for this I’m expanding my office at 4511 Main St. 14226 (at corner of Harlem Rd.) in Snyder / Amherst / Buffalo NY to include 2 more rooms, one of which will be my office (and possibly space for a receptionist soon!). Very exciting times and also stressful with taking on a lot more work. I have a billing company now and plan to get a fax machine, and a new computer for the office. Plan to paint the new rooms this weekend.
The second picture of the flowers are with irises from my garden added, and a symbol of the expansion I’m in the middle of. Excited to soon be able to offer acupuncture to a lot more people!
Enjoy this beautiful Memorial Day Weekend, everyone. Giving thanks for all those who gave their lives for our country. 🇺🇸 🙏 🇺🇸
There is a quote in Leo Buscaglia’s book, Love, that says “man is most happy when he is creating.” (Or WOman, of course) SO TRUE!!!
I’m so happy I was able to go to a figure drawing class last night!!! 🥰😍🥰 The last drawing I did in this sketch book was 11 years ago, even though I’ve THOUGHT about drawing many times since then. The class was actually my idea at a community building meeting where a bunch of us scheduled events for this month, but it was , a female artist, who took the initiative to organize it. So much gratitude! Thanks Twiggy!!!
🙏🙏🙏 More to come. Yay for community! Yay for art! Giving thanks all around! Nyaweh! 😍🙏 disclosure - haha if I had more time with each pose these would be more finished… I’m kind of slow with my drawing. 😁 That’s part of the challenge… finishing.
Happy Holidays, Everyone!
$10 off your initial visit if you give me a follow on this business page and come in before January 31, 2022. 🎊 💗
Acupuncture is great for treating stress and anxiety. Remember to make time for self care during these stressful holiday times. 🙏
Morning Ritual: First thing in the morning, drink 12 oz of WARM filtered water with 1/2 lemon juiced and 1/4 tsp Himalayan sea salt.
I have heard about this morning ritual a handful of times over the years and it came up again last night. I’m taking the hint and started today. I highly recommend this practice.
Personally I’m starting with half the amounts of salt and lemon juice… I’m not a large person and also very sensitive to things so I’ll see how that feels first. 😊🙏

My private practice of acupuncture, massage & life coaching is at Real and we also have Pilates there! This is me getting a fast workout in before seeing clients for the day. 😁
Maximize your time and use it wisely. Move your body! 😄
Thankful to say I’ve been very busy for a while now and currently not taking new massage clients. If you are interested in scheduling acupuncture and or life coaching with me, feel free to reach out. Also, if you schedule acupuncture, I am open to booking extra time for massage. However, I always include some massage for musculoskeletal issues after I take the needles out. 🙏
