as we near the end of breast cancer awareness month, i have been doing a lot of reflecting. this is such a hard month for me - because of the reminders, because of my journey, because it is the month of my sister Cindy passing.

it feels like yesterday + i have to honestly say - it doesn’t get easier, it just becomes different. i miss her so much!

i really try + make a commitment to myself, to Cindy, and to women every where to help find a cure - not just this month but every day.

even though the month is almost over.....

i will continue to support woman by educating them on living a healthy lifestyle

i will continue to empower women + remind them that they are in charge of their own well being and to protect that always

i will continue to educate myself + and others about all of the great organizations like and that are doing amazing work

i will continue to support all of the amazing women out there that are making a difference, whether it’s with products they have created or services that they provide to help women get through this disease

I will remember that this is a journey that no one should walk alone and i will continue to be supportive whenever + wherever I can be.

that is my commitment. that is my mantra. that is my purpose.
