Recently, the CRH Healthcare, LLC Training Team held annual validation training for Peachtree Immediate Care regional staff at our Austell location.

Regional Clinical Coordinations, Regional Clinical Trainers, and Regional Front Desk Trainers received hands-on training on all aspects of patient care and operations, such as improving customer service opportunities, patient intake, and relevant skills for ensuring patient safety.

The day’s theme—complete with t-shirts and plush pickles—was, “What is your pickle?” and “You’re kind of a big dill.” 🥒
