Rooster gets a little refresh, she suffered some damage at the Outlaw off road Racing season opener at Hawk Pride.
Shock towers took a beating along with the A pillars much cutting, grinding, slugging, bending and welding later and she is headed in the right direction. Time will only permit so much work but the main issues are being addressed
Who has the hook up on a pair of Zilla stickies 35" 15" that will be at Indian this weekend?
Got lucky on this one, broken off 1/2” below the surface

HCC 008 defining the profile
Can you tell what it is yet🤣
Adding Hydrosteer to a buggy that wasn’t built to take it, space was a major concern but it finally all fit and seems to function
Time for the trails to give it a beat down
HCC 006 has finally left the shop.
The best part of nine weeks waiting on a couple of parts right at the end of the build, still she is done now and looks awesome.
Jig adapted from Polaris to CanAm @106”
The L&W fab lower is going to help immensely with creating the lower with all the essential pickups in the right spot.
Looking forward to hero’s ride this weekend but got to wait on Christopher and school🙄
He’s ready to run the woods course in his RS1, it’s always fun to see your kids compete
When a buddy disabled in a RZR still wants to ride hard out on the trails but the hand controls just aren’t enough braking pressure. We added a hydro boost system tied into the hydro steer pump. space was a issue so I had to make a rocker to allow the unit to sit sideways in the machine. Once installed we went from slowing down eventually to locking up all for tires with minimal effort on the hard.
Have fun out there buddy
If at first you don’t succeed make a bigger hammer🙄
Yep, lots going on 😬😬
Well I wonder what’s going on here then🤔🤔
HCC 008 is in the house
What can H Craft do for you today?
When a buddy has a whole in his floor but wants to ride this weekend 🤣🤣
Fabbing up a speaker mount to hold four 15lb speakers on a RZR, has to be stout.
This 126 mile General had all its front end ripped off, A arm tabs and all, we added a super ATV gusset plate and re constructed the front upper A arm mounts with stiffness and sent it on its way for the customer to re assemble
Another job in the books.
Can Am in for rebuild, apparently stopped rather quickly and folded up the front end. Porter power the front of the chassis back into shape plus a truck load of new parts later and this on will ride another day.
What can H Craft fix for you🤷🏼♂️
A little house work coming along
So much work in one of these machines, all the little details. Yes they are expensive but not so much when you consider the 200 plus hours that goes into each one
This one will be off to powder soon.
It’s not always about steel creations, sometimes it’s good to work with the timber
Turbo S radius rods 1 1/2” 188” wall with 3/4” heim’s and 7/8” spherical
