Fun Fact: Caesar salad wasn’t invented by Julius Caesar.
Caesar Cardini, a restaurateur invented the dish in Tijuana, Mexico, in 1924. He had to use whatever ingredients that were left in the kitchen when a rush of customers came through his restaurant on July 4th.
