Mid June 2019. We opened our first store. Incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported us to carry on the dream, the vision, the passion, everything behind Tacos 1986. So many amazing memories and stories. 609 S Spring St, 90014. Here’s to forever, thank you LA.

April 5th 2019. The first piece of equipment we brought in was the trompo. It was designed and Made in Tijuana. Soon after this, we would spend 3 weeks in the dessert doing our first Coachella while also figuring out what Tacos 1986 looks like and feels like inside 4 walls.

5 years ago we opened our first taqueria. We can’t express how grateful we are to every single person that has walked into this taqueria in Downtown Los Angeles, whether to make tacos or to eat tacos. It’s meant the world to us. Here’s to forever ! Join us this Thursday to celebrate!
