We just wanted to take a moment to do a shout out to our amazing crew. Every day they come in with a smile on their faces (behind the masks) and are just ready to work. We went from a team of almost 50 to a team of 8 in a matter of days, and they took on the extra work without missing a beat. They have fed over 25,000 first responders, hospital workers, low income families and many more during the shut down. They never complain about the new protocols we are having to follow— while annoying (face shields & masks, gloves, having to deep sanitize between guests.. the list goes on). They are our heroes! We could not do this without them and they deserve all the praise!!

Last delivery of the day! Just dropped off Individual Crudités Plates with Trio of Hummus to be gobbled up with Chicken Pot Pies! Good way to spend a Summer Night!

HAPPY FIRST DAY OF SUMMER! Our favorite way to celebrate? With delicious cocktail “The Cara Kiss”

Here’s how you make it!

•2 organic egg whites
•2 oz vodka
•1/2 Cara Cara Orange juiced
•1/2 lemon juiced
•Dash of Tajin
•Ice

Garnish
•1 slice of Cara Cara orange
•Sprinkle Tajin (optional)

•In a dry mixer add egg whites.
•Shake for 30 seconds until frothy.
•Add vodka, cara cara juice, lemon juice, tajin and ice to shaker.
•Shake to combine
•Pour into coup glass and garnish with a thinly sliced cara cara orange
