Our Chorizo makes meal time incredibly easy and delicious every time! Whether it’s in tacos or scrambled with eggs, it brings all the flavor you need - a little bit spicy, a little smoky, and just a hint of vinegar for a super satisfying palate pleaser!
(The fresh homemade chèvre on top and homemade aged cheddar on the bottom didn’t hurt either 🧀😉🤤)

Ever wanted to spend a day on the farm? Come join us for a volunteer work day on July 23rd! Help out for a couple hours or the whole day. We will be focusing on cleaning out our goat barn, so plan to get dirty. Boots and work gloves are recommended, and if you have any helpful tools like pitchforks or shovels please bring those as well. Cypress is having a hard time getting motivated at the office today. Good thing it’s Friday!

Reluctantly need to rehome my stellar Katahdin ram. Adam is a chill, gentle beast, and he has successfully bred all 30+ of my ewes for the past few years. Sadly it’s time to bring in new genetics. He was born here as a set of triplets and at 5 years old he has never needed to be dewormed in his life. Produces big healthy lambs, and would be an asset to any flock. Located in Burgaw, NC.

Find us at the Wilmington Farmers Market on SUNDAY 5/28, NOT Saturday, this weekend only.

I don’t always get enough time to put together meals like this, but tonight I nailed it. Tzatziki marinated roasted chicken (pasture raised right here on our farm) and spinach feta potato casserole. Both the yogurt in the tzatziki and the feta were homemade from my own hand milked goats milk. Time to feast!

We have fresh, raw goat’s milk available!

You can pick it up at the farm in Burgaw on Tuesdays from 3-6pm, or on Saturday mornings at The Wilmington Farmers Market at Tidal Creek Co-op from 8am-1pm.

It’s best to reserve yours ahead of time since quantity is limited. Sold by the quart in glass mason jars, with a refundable jar deposit.
