Last night's Senior Awards and Cultivate: Let's Graduate, a new multicultural celebration of our graduating students. Introducing the newest members of the Kennedy Catholic Alumni Association, the Class of 2024!
Congrats to graduating senior Anyssa E. on her selection for the Teens in Public Service internship program this summer! Students get hands-on experience working for a nonprofit organization, which is a great introduction to public service. Community-focused, TIPS allows students to work directly for change in local organizations, serving the greater good.
It is a highly competitive honor, and this year it was a 12.5% acceptance rate. Anyssa was selected to continue pursuing her passion for the environment with her placement, which will connect her with hands-on experience directly related to her future major and career goals.

Congratulations are in order to our award-winning Band and Color Guard. We came home with Best Overall Drum Major, Band Sweepstakes Award, and 1st Place in the 4A Division at the annual Apple Blossom Parade.
Our Senior Band and Color Guard also came in 1st at the Loyalty Days Parade in Long Beach, WA.

Easter Break trip 3/3: Iceland 🗻 our students had the chance to explore present geothermal and volcanic activity, as well as see the Northern Lights and walk on geysers. An unforgettable trip!
Easter Break trip 2/3: Yakima, WA! We're very proud of the students who chose to spend their break building a home for a family in need alongside Yakima Valley Partners Habitat for Humanity!
Excalibur spent Easter break in O'ahu! They had a busy trip, but here are some of the highlights 🌺
Our students had the chance to visit the Pearl Harbor National Memorial, a moving day for them. They also visited (and sang!) at the Capitol building, and Central Union Church, to name a few - only after rehearsing under some banyan trees in Honolulu. They saw the statue of King Kamehameha I, Diamond Head, the Nu’uanu Pali lookout, spent time at the Polynesian Cultural Center, and so much more. Welcome home, Lancers!
