Topic: How to Successfully Change a Critical System in Payroll
With over 20 years’ experience implementing systems, Chris admits that system projects are often hard, especially in payroll. Over the years, he has learned some key tips that make projects run more smoothly. Face it, payroll managers are often asked to take on large projects on top of their daily work. If you are about to start (or in the middle of) a new implementation, come meet Chris and benefit from his successful (and not so successful) experiences. This interactive session was highly rated at statewide payroll conferences.
In this session you will learn about:
What questions to ask a proposed vendor
A proposed project structure for effective decision making and change management.
Suggested resources to place on a project and call out in the budget.
Items that contribute to project success that are often forgotten or not done.
