Wait… don’t brush your teeth quite yet.​​​​​​​​​Weird thing for a dental practice to say, but there’s a reason for this advice.​​​​​​​​​Turns out, waiting 30 minutes after eating to brush your teeth can protect your enamel. 🕒 Why? When we eat, especially acidic foods, our enamel softens slightly. Brushing too soon can wear it down.
So, set a timer, rinse with water, and relax for a bit — your smile will thank you! 🦷
