𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲! I suffered from debilitating back pain for 𝙮𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙨. Finally after a lot of rehabilitation, research and faith-I decided to take the plunge. I was so scared I may never be able to perform some of the things I loved so much:Olympic lifting, running and just taking care of household chores. How I prepared for surgery: 1. Strengthened my core 2. Researched surgeons 3. Worked on mobility 4. Had a BIG support system5. Mindset work I had a fusion in S1-L5 and an artificial disk replacement in L5-L4. Recovery was a long road but I was prepared to take it slow (something I struggle with 🤣). If you suffer from back pain, I am with you.
