Posted • The Gainz-God has been good to me 🙏🏽💪🏽. The first picture is almost 2 years apart, and a 30-pound difference.
I remember being scared of the scale going up because I didn't want to go back to being big. Now that s**t just puts a smile on my face.
To all my friends that tell me they miss the old me, the big Carlos. He's coming back but in a different way 😈.

Tori is a total go getter that never gives up.
We have had a few big obstacles to overcome to get to her goal but with her drive and consistent work we have accomplished every single one of them.
Tori represents Maxout extremely well!
Her journey is inspiring to me and should be to us all. No matter the circumstances you can slow down but NEVER GIVE UP!

Alejandra has done a great job of staying consistent. I’m always excited to see how much people are willing to work/sacrifice for there ultimate goal. Alejandra continues to train hard and encourages her teammates to give there all. We are gonna get in more shape for a SPARTAN RACE this summer!

I would go to the gym on and off, but most of the time I struggled to stay motivated also because I was shy and embarrassed.
I knew I needed help so I reached out to Angel back in Decemberish. Luckily he took me as a client and he has helped me so much physically and mentally.
I know I still need to work on myself but with his help I gained confidence, feel more comfortable and actually enjoy going to the gym now.
He’s a great trainer and very patient with us. Very understanding.
Now looking at all the pictures I have definitely have come a long way from where I started.
Seeing my gym outfits from hiding my body to slowly feeling comfortable showing off my body and being proud of myself and the progress.
I couldn’t have gotten this far without you! Thank you Angel for making me believe in myself, for all the help and support along this journey.

Joining Maxout and having Angel as a trainer has been a blessing. Before the idea of going to the gym sounded nice but I never had the motivation to actually go. ANGEL has change that for me 😁 now I look forward to going and actually doing my best .
I really enjoy working with Angel. He's very personable and knows what he's talking about when it comes to fitness. Work outs were appropriately geared to what I was able to do and would get progressively more challenging as our sessions went on. I
definitely feel stronger and more fit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!

Hello there Maxout followers!! I’ve had a few different goals with all my clients. To name a few, weight loss, build cardiorespiratory fitness, and live healthier. With that being said... I know so many people that want to begin with their goals and say “I am gonna lose 60 lbs , go to the gym every single day, and not eat a single cheat meal.” To their credit they do a good job for about 5 days and then all of a sudden they either get burnt out or say “this is not worth it.” At, Maxout I use a S.M.A.R.T. evaluation to help you achieve your SPECIFIC GOALS. You may be asking what does it stand for or what is it?1.Specific 2.Measurable 3.Attainable 4. Realistic 5. Timely. A summary of what all those means is basically what is your goal exactly, how long can this take, is this goal a bit to extreme but yet still challenging, and is it realistic? Can we make it happen without being burnt out or exhausted in a few training days. When can you complete this goal. (End Date). I encourage you guys to start off slow maybe 2 times a week at the gym. Than the following week maybe we eat 2 healthy meal days that week. Slowly but surely you’ll begin to build habits about your fitness/lifestyle goals that it will be a lot more fun and it will not seem like a chore. He tenido algunos objetivos diferentes con todos mis clientes. Por nombrar algunos, perder peso, desarrollar la aptitud cardiorrespiratoria y vivir de manera más saludable. Habiendo dicho eso ... conozco a muchas personas que quieren comenzar con sus metas y decir "Voy a perder 60 libras, iré al gimnasio todos los días y no comeré una sola comida trampa". Para su crédito, hacen un buen trabajo durante unos 5 días y luego, de repente, se agotan o dicen "esto no vale la pena". En, Maxout uso un S.M.A.R.T. evaluación para ayudarle a alcanzar sus OBJETIVOS ESPECÍFICOS. Es posible que se pregunte qué significa o qué es: 1. Específico 2. Medible 3. Alcanzable 4. Realista 5. Oportuno. Un resumen de lo que todos esos significan es básicamente cuál es su objetivo exactamente, cuánto tiempo puede llevar esto, ¿es este objetivo un poco extremo pero aún desafiante, y es realista? ¿Podemos hacer que suceda sin quemarnos o agotarnos en unos pocos días de entrenamiento? ¿Cuándo puedes completar este objetivo? (Fecha final). Los animo a que empiecen despacio tal vez 2 veces a la semana en el gimnasio. Que la semana siguiente tal vez comemos 2 días de comida saludable esa semana. De forma lenta pero segura, comenzará a desarrollar hábitos sobre sus objetivos de acondicionamiento físico / estilo de vida que será mucho más divertido y no parecerá una tarea.
