🥞✨ Rise and shine, pancake lovers! 🌞 Today, we're sharing a breakfast delight straight from our CEO's kitchen – the unbeatable Buttermilk Pancake recipe! 🥞💼

👩‍🍳 Randy swears by these fluffy, golden discs of perfection – the taste is simply unmatched! 🤤✨

👇 Here's the famous recipe straight from the vault:

Ingredients:

1 Egg
1c High Desert Buttermilk
2tbs Melted High Desert Butter
1c Flour
1tbs Sugar
1tsp Baking Powder
1/2tsp Soda
1/2tsp Salt

Instructions:

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add the buttermilk and melted butter. Mix well.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. The batter may be slightly lumpy – that's okay!
Preheat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray or butter.
Pour 1/4 cup portions of batter onto the griddle. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings – maple syrup, fresh berries, a dollop of whipped cream! Stay tuned for our delectable buttermilk syrup
