It amazes us how many people come to our farm and ask, “can we just walk around and look.”
The only workers we have on our farm is my husband, our three daughters, and myself.

So when we have customers, we stop what we’re doing, and help our customers, happily. What makes us not so happy, is the people that just wanna come and walk around and look….
If people don’t realize where their food should actually come from and care about how their food is grown and buy directly from good farmers who don’t spray poison on their food, there will no longer be Farms to just look at and walk around.. Support your local organic farmers who feed their animals well without the use of Glyphosate/round up….

It’s not about a pretty fence line, it’s about the health of the animals and the soil that supports vital life!

We would like to thank Bry Hewitt for the generous contribution to the rebuild of the mobile chicken tractors that we raise our meat birds in! They are loving their new home. As you may know we got hit with some serious storms earlier in the spring, and the wind demolished many of our mobile chicken tractors. Here are some pictures of before and after the storm. We have finally replaced some of the chicken tractors that had blown away in the storm.

Our pigs have only been fed USDA Certified Organic feed. Their feed is soy-free also! Our pigs were raised out on pasture! That means they were not in crates or cages, not raised on concrete. They were allowed to do what pigs should do and love to do! Root the ground, run around and always be moving on to fresh clean chemical free ground! Our pigs have never been given antibiotics, growth hormones, or any medications. Our hams are smoked they are nitrate free. Come and pick up yours for Easter before they are sold out.
Other cuts still available from our pigs are:
country ribs, loin end roast, Boston Butt, Picnic Shoulder, Ham Steaks, Pork chops bone-in (1 inch thick chops), ground pork, hocks & Feet, Ears (smoked), liver, heart, and tails(smoked and raw).

My grandma made "Chocolate Fudge Cake", y'all help me make her day with compliments ...Be kind 🥰😍
30-Minute Chocolate Fudge
* Ingredients :

+For the cake
°2 cups of all-purpose flour
°2 cups of sugar
°2 sticks of butter
°1 cup of water
°5 tablespoons of cocoa powder
°2 eggs
°1/2 cup of milk
°1 teaspoon of baking soda
°1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix flour and sugar in a large bowl. In a medium saucepan, mix the butter, water, and cocoa over medium heat. Bring to a boil and pour over the flour/sugar mixture. Mix well. Add eggs, milk, baking soda, and vanilla. Pour into a well-greased 9×13 baking pan, and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

+To decorate the fudge

°1 stick of butter

°4 tablespoons of milk

°4 tablespoons of cocoa powder

°1 package (16 ounces) powdered sugar

°1 teaspoon vanilla

°1 cup chopped pecans

In a medium saucepan, combine the butter, milk, and cocoa and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar, stirring well with a whisk or wooden spoon until sugar dissolves and mixture is smooth. Stir in the vanilla and walnuts, then spoon over the hot cake.
