this is tom! tom & his staff (hi: will, cody, & colin!) are the ones in the kitchen, 100% humidity or not, who work really hard to get you the best chicken sandwiches, the meatiest and cheesiest pizzas, and all the other piping hot little snacks you enjoy when you come hang with us.

as you all know, figuring out restaurant staffing in a post-covid world has been a whole thing. navigating the “new normal” has taken on a life of it’s own, for sure. as you may have noticed, in the last couple of months, we have been working really hard to find what works for us now that just about every dang thing has changed. menu items have come and gone, kitchen hours have shifted, yada yada.

so, most importantly, if you happen to see one of our guys from the kitchen - buy ‘em a beer, give ‘em a hug, idk - but say thank you! kitchen work is no friggin’ joke and working with these guys has made all of our jobs up front so much easier. we couldn’t do it without them (literally, like, how do you even make a pizza like Colin?)!

hattie’s is ever-growing and we are always learning what works for us these days. basically, things are all over the place - and we really appreciate you all hangin’ in there and going with the flow. we love ya.
