Yoga on Church Street is a free community yoga class held annually on the Church Street Marketplace to benefit H.O.P.E. Works. August, 13, 2017
Works, a local non-profit dedicated to ending sexual violence. Please bring your own mat to the event. Any donation amount will be accepted in cash or check or you can text "yoga" to 91999.

Please join Kirk Jones from EvolveLove Sound Therapy and I for a unique summer solstice celebration at Yoga Roots in Shelburne VT. Class will begin with a gentle yoga flow that will lead into a restorative yoga practice that includes tibetan singing bowls placed and played on your body. CHECK IT OUT PEOPLE. In January there will be a 12-hour yogathon to raise money for Sangha Yoga Studio service programs.
They are partnering up with Lululemon and the goal is to raise funds to continue to provide and expand our yoga service programming and spread yoga to more organizations who may not otherwise have access to yoga in our community.
Each hour of the event is dedicated to different service programs and the class style and teachers are carefully selected to fit each unique program.

The 6th annual Yoga on Church Street is finalizing details. Invite friends and family for a FREE yoga class on Church Street Marketplace in Burlington VT AUGUST 14, 2016.
It's always the 2nd Sunday in August. 9am -noon. Class is 1.5 hr. BRING YOUR OWN MAT.
Teachers for the event will once again be the amazing Heidi Bock from Yoga Roots in Shelburne AND Bill O'Connor from Hot Yoga Burlington with his sizzling prana flow!

Yoga on State Street in Montpelier was a huge success today! Kudos to Chrissy from Grateful Yoga studio and her volunteers for pulling off your 1st annual event! Looked like maybe 80 people attended. And the weather warmed up as the vinyasa created heat.

The next local Bodhi & Mind yoga training will be at Laughing River Yoga on May 14th-15th. This training is for Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teachers to learn how to modify a yoga practice for breast cancer survivors.
