With this position you work in tandem with another person to stack finished product coming off the end of the production line. The factory is open Monday thru Thursday. Closed Friday Saturday and Sunday. We work 4/10 hr days. Email Mark at [email protected] for more details if this interests you.

Sometimes we have to wonder, when the heck did food get so pretentious? Are regular folks even allowed to cook anymore? We say take the kitchen back. If you love good food, simply and lovingly prepared, you’re our kind of people. You know, the fun kind.
For years, Louis and Victoria Bove had been making sauces and hearty Italian dishes using produce they grew in their own backyard garden along with ingredients purchased from local markets. Thanks to the rave reviews of their friends and neighbors, they were inspired to open their own restaurant.
Bove’s Café officially opened for business at 68 Pearl Street in Burlington, Vermont on December 7, 1941. The Café was the beginning of what would become a more than 75-year tradition of making good honest food that fills bellies and brings the mmmm-mmmmm smiles. From college kids to generations of local families to those far away fans who order our sauces online, we’re honored to be the kitchen that feeds a community.
