Just Breathe Massage Therapy

Hello massage friends! I’ve had a tumultuous couple of years, and it’s been awhile since I posted. I want you to know that I AM offering massage therapy (on a more limited basis) at my studio in Burlington, with COVID protections in place. In these days of physical distancing healing touch is more important than ever.

I will update my hours, as I am now working nights at the airport and can’t do appointments as early in the morning.

One of my fun projects today is to harvest the coffee berries on my Costa Rican coffee plant. I think I’ll post a pic on here of all of the “beans” and have you guess how many cups (ounces, probably) of coffee it will make, once I figure out how to strip, dry, roast and grind them. It’ll be like a M&M jar guessing contest! Whoever guesses closest gets a free massage.
*update: very few coffee berries. Looks are deceiving. I’m going to plant them. Message below if you want your very own coffee seedling! I need a new contest idea.

What a treat! I had the pleasure of massaging some amazing ladies yesterday on an idyllic Vermont summer day, lulled by the sound of waves, chimes, crows, motor boats, laughter and spa music.
