Revival Studio
Revival Studio creates Automobilia and art from license plates as well as offers custom carpentry services. I have a passion for the automobile.
My artwork explores the love and hate relationship our automotive consumerism forces us all to experience. I hope to confront the viewer with the same basic conflict I struggle with every day.How can something so influential in the design of the landscape and destructive to the environment have become our way of life? This phenomenon fascinates me. As James Taylor said in his song Traffic Jam, "We
A new Vermont map sculpture coming together at my studio.
Thinking about coming up. I made this piece when my Dad died in 2016. Sending love to all the Dads out there.

‘Tear of Passion’ is a recent commission celebrating a birthday and a memory. Two brand new 1957 Buick Roadmasters arrived in the family as remembered by a four year old; one for his grandfather and one for his dad.
Melty gray day in my backyard; visual fodder to carry me through it with joy and inspiration.
‘April in Iowa’ is an older piece I made clearly showing my fascination with the creative process and power of destruction. I discovered using boiling water and steam to transform plastic model car kits into realistic wrecks over fourth years ago! Create, destroy, create!!
I’m honored to have my work shown at in Waterbury, VT showcases the trailer while features the mobile home (with reading light) suitcase.

Two recent Plate M8s, both are wedding gifts for two different couples within the same family.

A recent commission for one of my Vermont State Plates with a twist; this one from a vintage VT plate. Notice the ‘newly rusted’ screws, one way to get a warm rust color into a piece made from an aluminum plate which doesn’t rust. Vermont adopted aluminum instead of steel in 1947, one of the earliest states.
