We are seeking a Sales Support Representative/Estimator join our team! You will be responsible for working side by side with our sales team by providing estimates, building orders, and communicating to our clients and their insurance companies. We are a growing family owned and operated company with lots of room for advancement!

Responsibilities:

Writing estimates for retail projects in our CRM software.
Writing estimates for storm damage repair projects in a 3rd party software - Xactimate.
Submitting estimates and documentation to the customers insurance carrier.
Following up with the customers insurance carrier via phone and email.
Communicating status updates to the lead sales representative.
Tracking and analyzing project costs and estimating to meet targeted profit margins.
Building material and work orders for our suppliers and crews.
Document and update customer records based on interactions.
