Anger is a punishment you give to yourself for someone else's mistakes. Allowing someone to occupied your mind without paying rent.
They become SMALL MINDED individuals who have no OPPORTUNITIES to grow, SPIRITUALLY and EMOTIONALLY. They become not as intelligent in the society, because they are consumed with their own problems and issues.
This dilemma is one of the common behavior that needs to be addressed at it early stages. They need COMPASSION and KINDNESS. Having Effective COMMUNICATION with love ones and speaking up when you need to 🫶🏾
