The new CNC sensor mount for the FA24 swap kit is just about done. This will be shipping out with orders as an option.
Prototypes are done. These are trigger plates needed for FA24 longblock swap into older generation FRS/BRZ.
They will be sold in sets of 4.
It’s gonna be a nice Christmas for some.
Some gears are in and as soon as I get full payment for those who made deposits I will send them out.

We’ve heard of people doing the FA24 swap into the 1st Gen chassis but have not seen any of them running.
Been wanting a chance to try and we finally found a chassis to do it in.
Here to let you know it is possible and it makes a lot of power.
This is a 2013 FRS with a FA24 shortblock swap. We also have a FA24 complete longblock that’s going into another FRS coming up.
Planning to take the GR8SIX to an autocross event coming up. Went with KW V3 2 way adjustable suspension, stock top hats for now. Wheels are 18x9.5 with 255 V730s. Also adding an ATS Limited Slip Differential to get all the 200whp to the ground.
Car came in with overheating issue. Hearing the story about it I already knew it’s the head gasket and just needed to confirm. After the head removal it’s obvious where the blown part was. We set up our resurfacer to a really close tolerance between 4 opposing corners. This helps not just in cutting the minimum amount but to catch exactly where the low spots are.
Now on to wheels and tire upgrade then testing.
1st Ariel Atom 3RS I’ve seen and worked on but having a Honda engine made it feel like home.
Maintenance, repairs, updates and track tuning for this Atom 3RS. It’s already good since its got RS in its name. We will make it even better.
These 2 just won the UMI's King of the Mountain 2022 with the RS built and tuned 4G63 2.2

So you have a bad head gasket on your 400 plus whp engine. You remove the head, get it resurfaced and install brand new head gasket and upgrades head studs.
What did you do to your uneven block? And you wonder why you have the same issue come back shortly after. And please don’t tell me your straight edge showed everything is straight. My machine will tell you to throw that straight edge away.

These low spots are becoming common. Could it be from stronger head gasket material? Or simply running more boost than factory?
This is with 0.002” taken off the top. Might take another thou and a half to clean it flat.
Doing a head gasket job and only resurfacing the cylinder head isn’t good enough anymore.

Turbo swap on this gorgeous GT2RS Clubsport, swapped out both axles and M**h kit install. Couldn’t be around for the Dyno session so we asked our good friend ASMotorsports to spend a couple of days to help finish it up.
