Nicollet Middle School
Nicollet Middle Schools is an AVID Demonstration school, helping students in grades 6-8 explore their interests & prepare for future success.
As a staff, we aim to give your child the best educational opportunity we can every day. We are dedicated to delivering rigorous curriculum through strategic instruction in a respectful environment.
District 191 offices, schools and programs are closed on June 19 in observance of the Juneteenth holiday. This includes all academic, enrichment, athletics and childcare programming, as well as community meal services. Programming will resume as normal on Thursday, June 20.
Juneteenth recognizes the historical pronouncement of the abolition of slavery on June 19, 1865, when the Emancipation Proclamation was said to have been first publicly read in Texas by Union soldiers.
