Strange things happen in my plant neighborhood.

I decided to take my time away to focus only on myself and my family and the beautiful, unfamiliar surroundings that was the back drop for an astounding experience. Having a traffic jam caused my cows made my heart sing. So, I am now back in the proverbial.saddle and open for new coaching clients. I decided that I don't like the term life COACH because it sounds to gym teachers like and superior so stay tuned as I figure out a better word for what I do!😅😅😅

And maybe it hits you that what's meant to be done is finding those moments that make you feel alive. They don't have to be monumental but ill tell you this...you will find them often in nature.

Driving and driving and then around the bend, I was gifted this sight! I got to thinking how majestic and terrifying mountains are. They have grown over hundreds of years, weathered many a storm, have seen life and death and change and yet there they are... beautiful and awe inspiring. The terrifying part... navigating the twists and turns..fearful of what may be around the next corner...white knuckling the journey. Mountains are the perfect representation of life and our experiences... well... pretty much everything in nature can teach us about ourselves and resilience.. today, it's mountains. 💗

I decided to take a solo trip out West with my dog to clear my head and make room for awe and inspiration. It's been a while since I have ventured out on my own and it's different. . .. but good. Sometimes we need to just set our sights on new horizons to bring us home to ourselves.

The Green Is Here! Living in Minnesota, when the cold goes away and the flowers and trees begin to bloom, so do all of the people, including myself! It seems as though the leaves emerge over night. One day they are just buds thinking about...

There is most definitely a different feeling that sweeps over us when we feel seen and heard. It's almost as if our thirst has been quenched after years of no water. With Intuit Life Coaching, you will be seen and heard every step of the way and when that happens, great things come!

I think many of us hide behind identities that we want to believe are who we are and that we want others to see us as. Many times people create a persona that they want to be like so that others will also like them but deep down , there's more to that persona that meets the eye. Have you ever dove into something so hard thinking THIS is how I want to be and who I want to be only to discover that it just didn't fit who you really are? We've all done it, tell me your story!

Have you ever thought about what life would look and feel like if you had everything you wanted or needed? What if we focused on creating a life we love by focusing on the things we need to get there. Maybe it's by answering these questions or may be it's in the form of a vision board showcasing everything you wish for in your life. What will you shoot for first?

Theres a place I like to go from time to time when I need inspiration... or to feel normal. . The playlist going on in the background is always a mishmash of funky sounds and every last thing is a visual curiosity that seems to work well together. Im always in awe here and thats one of my favorites states to be in. Where do you go to get inspired or awstruck?

Getting Curious. Often times, we are so busy in our daily lives that we completely neglect to pay attention to signs that may be there to tell us something. I know for a fact that many of us are running ragged with work, families, hobbie...

Ever have a day where everything was off?.Pants were too tight today..the wind blew too hard...I felt less than present throughout most of my day. When these days happen, I go inward and get quiet , light a candle that smells delicious and I breathe in deeply...getting back into my body and my mind. Its Friday y'all...its time to rest and pull ourselves back together. Even Life Coaches need reboots. ❤️
