19:19: Station 99 alerted to cover the call for Station 45.

16:45: Stations 25, 14, and 99 dispatched for an automatic crash notification in the area of West Sunbury Rd @ Euclid Rd, Clay Twp.

16:47: The phone owner called in reporting it was caused by the phone accidentally falling off the vehicle. All units back in service.

16:25: Stations 10 and 44 dispatched for an automatic crash notification, Herman Rd @ Vogleyville Rd, Summit Twp.

16:29: C-10-2 is in the area.

16:37: All units back in service per C-10-2 with nothing found.

13:54: Station 99 dispatched to assist PD at an MVA, Pillow St @ W Cunningham St.

13:58: 99-5 is on scene.

14:20: 99-5 is clear with patient refusals.

13:23: Stations 12, 3, and 99 dispatched to Rt 68 @ Brandywine Blvd, Conno Twp, for a 2-vehicle MVA. All occupants are reportedly out.

13:27: C-3 is on scene confirming 2 vehicles blocking the westbound lanes.

13:30: Station 3-2 is to respond with the Squad and stage in the parking lot across from the scene to provide assistance with traffic control.prices.

13:46: 99-3 is clear of the scene with 3 patient refusals.

13:54: Command terminated per C-3.

~08:50: After the area was searched a couple times this morning, the source of a sulfuric odor in the area of Dobson Rd and Hutchman Rd in Adams Twp was found to be coming from Crystal Landscape Supply (on Clay Ave), where they just received a fresh load of mushroom compost.

The smell is expected to persist throughout the day; there's nothing FD can do about it.

This morning at 04:08, Stations 14, 35, 3, 13, and 99 were dispatched for a structure fire across the street from 207 North Dr, Center Twp. Within a minute, Control advised that multiple calls were reporting the residence on fire. The second alarm was requested by C-14-2 at 04:10, and the address was given as 116 North Dr. Stations 1, 9, 33, 25, and 38 were added to the call and the address was given as 122 North Dr.

Chief 14-3 was the first to arrive at 04:15 and reported a working exterior porch fire. He instructed the first Engine to pull a 1¾" to the back porch, and Engine 1-2 arrived at 04:16. The second Engine, EN-14-2, arriving at 04:20, was instructed to park behind TR-1 and standby at the hydrant, and then send a crew to the interior.

Around 04:24, the fire was reported extinguished, and units en route were downgraded to non-emergency. At 04:28, the incident was held to units on scene.

Units began to clear the scene at 04:36, beginning with Station 33 and 99-6.

The incident was terminated at 05:03.

07:27: 310 Seven Fields Blvd. Brush fire.

*Updated to mulch smoldering on the east side of the road near Giant Eagle.

07:07: Air medical requested in the air to Connoquenessing Elementary. 99-2 and C-12 are at a residence on Moose Rd with a male seizure patient who fell down approximately 8 stairs. Ground contact will be RQ-12.

07:09: RQ-12 is out at the elementary reporting vehicles in the lot. LZ will be moved to the Conno Twp building off Stevenson Rd.

07:11: Stat 8, 15 minutes. LZ updated.

07:12: RQ-12 is out at the Township building.

07:13: Stat 8 airborne from Grove City Airport.

07:16: 99-2 is transporting to the LZ.

07:20: 99-2 out at the LZ.

07:23: The ground crew and pilot have visual contact.

07:25: Stat 8 is on the ground.

07:33: Stat 8 is airborne to UPMC Presbyterian.

07:49: Stat 8 is on the helipad at Presby.

21:37: Station 51 dispatched to the Cracker Barrel for a 60 year old male who had his foot run over.

21:11: Stations 1, 3 (Ladder), 38 (RIT), and 99 dispatched to 319 W Brady St, Butler City, for a light fixture sparking.

21:14: City units are on scene with nothing evident from the exterior; evacuation is in progress.

21:16: Incident held to Station 1 only.

18:30: Stations 29, 30, 28, 26 (2nd call working), 25, 39, and 55 (FD and EMS) dispatched for a detached garage on fire, 319 Fairview Rd, Parker Twp; it's approximately 20' from the residence.

18:33: C-28 is out with a working fire; no endangerments at this time.

18:35: Small block garage, not endangering anything else. (Structure is down?)

18:37: First due engine to pull a 1¾". Structure is "about done."

18:42: Fire is knocked.

19:27: Incident terminated. There will be smoldering for quite a while; if Control gets any further calls on it, Command requests it be held to Station 29 only.

17:31: Station 99 dispatched to Altitude Trampoline Park, Clearview Mall, for a 10 year old female with a possible broken leg.

17:58: 99-5 is transporting to BMH.

17:37: Stations 99 and 38 dispatched for an Echo response to Alameda Park, at the Carousel Shelter, for a female in her 30s unresponsive, agonal respirations.

17:40: The patient possibly "took something," and has been there about an hour. It's unknown what she took, but there is moaning in the background.

17:41: EN-38 is on location.

17:55: 99-3 is clear of the scene. The patient is in the custody of Township PD at this time; patient refusal.

Structure Fire: Saeler Lane – Butler PA Scanner 09/03/2024

17:23: Stations 35, 9, 10, and 44 dispatched to 122 Woodbine Ln, Oakland Twp, for a report of some type of fire in a trailer. Control was unable to call the caller back due to poor phone reception.

17:25: Control is advising a male could be heard saying something about a fire and a trailer, but they were unable to reach him on callback.

17:27: Control is updating the address to 115 Saeler Ln, off Bonniebrook.

17:32: EN-9 is asking if there are any units are on scene and is advised there are not. Second alarm requested. Header from Grant Ave.

17:33: EN-35 is on scene with 1 trailer fully-engulfed, pretty much on the ground, a motorhome close to it, and no (access from the driveway?).

16:16: Stations 16, 42, and 76 dispatched for a 2-vehicle head-on MVA, Rt 228 @ Harbison Rd, Middlesex Twp.

16:18: 76(-1?) is advised they'll have 1 male with a head injury and 1 female with hip injury.

16:21: 76-1 is on scene with 2 vehicles in the intersection and all occupants apparently out. PD is on scene, also.

16:22: C-16-3 is on location with Command.

16:42: 76-1 is transporting 3 patients to AHN Wexford.

16:54: All units back in service.

15:39: Stations 3, 38, and 99 dispatched to 257 Meridian Rd, Butler Twp, for a vehicle vs pole, unknown injuries.

15:40: All FD and EMS units have now been canceled by PD on scene.

13:56: Stations 14 and 99 dispatched to 122 Pinewood Ln, Center Twp for a van on fire endangering another vehicle.

14:05: Safety 14-2 is on scene reporting the fire appears out. EN-14 is to proceed non-emergency; one truck back the lane.

14:06: All apparatus can now cancel.

14:10: Incident terminated; Station 14 is back in service.

13:21: Station 33 dispatched for a smoke investigation in the area of the 104 MM I-79 NB. A caller is reporting a large amount of smoke in the area.

13:28: C-33 is reporting a controlled burn in the campgrounds. All units back in service.

12:36: Stations 33 and 52 dispatched for an MVA on Branchton Rd. Initially a crash notification, there's now a report of an elderly female bleeding.

12:40: C-33 is on location at the intersection of Branchton @ Harmony. One vehicle off to the side of the road with all occupants out.

13:15: Station 33 is clear.

11:48: Stations 16, 15, 241, and 76 dispatched for a rollover MVA, 544 Deer Creek Rd, Middlesex Twp. One vehicle on its side; there's a 3 year-old female for evaluation.

11:56: Control is advising all units that PD is on scene reporting all occupants are out. Safety 16 is on scene establishing Command.

12:01: Command is advising 76-2 they'll have 2 patients for evaluation; the juvenile with abrasions to the cheek, and an adult female with side/leg pain.

12:30: 76-2 is transporting to UPMC Cranberry.

12:50: Incident terminated.

From ~11:08-11:16, a PSP helicopter was in the area of the Butler Farm Show. They did at least 1 landing, and some circling over the grounds, before leaving the area to the north.

09:51: Stations 27 and 36 dispatched for a gas line struck, 206 Crestwood Dr, Buffalo Twp.

09:55: C-36 is requesting People's Gas respond.

10:03: People's notified and will be responding. No ETA.

10:13: People's is on scene. Incident terminated.

At 06:15 this morning, Stations 3, 1, and 99 were dispatched for a reported structure fire with someone possibly still inside at 103 Saxonburg Rd, Butler Twp. Flames were reportedly seen in front of the house. Chief 3-2 arrived at 06:19 and reported the fire appeared to be out and everyone was outside of the structure. After investigation, he reported it was a tree that was on fire in front of the residence. The incident was terminated at 06:37.

19:38: Station 22 dispatched into Beaver County for a structure fire, 773 Deer Ln, Rochester Twp.

19:39: All units are to standby per C-22; possible controlled burn. **All units now canceled by C-22; confirmed controlled burn.

18:42: Stations 13 and 99 dispatched for a brush fire, New Castle Rd in the area of Meridian Off-Road Center, 655 New Castle Rd, Franklin Twp. A passerby is reporting a small brush fire on the eastbound side, near the construction signs.

18:52: BR-13 is on location. The fire is out. TN-13 can cancel.

18:54: Incident terminated by Cap-13.

17:12: Station 99 dispatched for an MVA, Oneida Valley Rd @ Pine Tract Rd. Requested for evaluation of 1 patient by C-35, on scene. Control had advised him that only PSP was responding.

17:23: 99-2 is on scene.

17:39: 99-2 is back in service with a patient refusal.

16:14: Stations are once again receiving old/delayed Active 911 alerts.

15:10: Stations 25, 14, and 99 dispatched to SwitchbackMX for a 15 year old male with head and neck injury from a dirt bike accident.

15:15: Lt-25-3 and Lt-14 are on scene. They're on the north end of the track.

15:22: Patient is loaded in the ambulance; no further assistance needed on scene.

15:27: All FD units clear.

15:29: RQ-14 now back in service.

*Patient transported to BMH.
