Due to a commitment we will only be open Saturday August 24th from 10ish am to 3p. Blue Truck Cafe will be set up until noon so come by and grab a drink and a burger and support 2 LOCAL businesses at once!

We know it's been a while since Blue Man got to fly so we are all very excited that he is!! Come by and see us for some delicious farm fresh and local beef in addition to hand breaded tenderloins! Here until 8p.
School has resumed and our fall hours will be Saturdays 11a-8p.

In addition to our local business cooking today, Bates County Cattlemen are set up at The Family Center selling food, the Butler Saddle Club Rodeo is happening again this evening with the Bates County Elks and Fast Lane selling food. Get out on this great summer day and support LOCAL people who help make our community better one day at a time!

Blue man is flying so I am frying on this muggy Wednesday morning. Cooking breakfast until 10a. Our schedule is about to get chaotic. Breakfast this morning and tomorrow morning, lunch and supper Friday, only lunch Saturday. Closing at 4p on Saturday, we have a catering. Next week will be Thursday BREAKFAST only. We head to Frontier Village in Adrian for the Antique Tractor and Machinery show June 28-30, the Rich Hill Famous for the 4th Celebration July 3-6. Forgot on the last post...we will NOT be open in Butler on May 31 and June 1. We will be set up in Fort Scott KS for Good Ol Days. If you are having trouble keeping up with when we are open ( I have trouble and I own it) and where, please call ahead before driving in. 660-424-9589

School is out so our hours are different. The "plan" is breakfast on Wednesday and Thursday mornings 6:30-10a thru June. Friday and Saturday 11a-8p thru the 3rd week in June. The last weekend of June you can find us in Adrian at the Antique Tractor and Machinery show. We then immediately head to Rich Hill's 4th of July festivities. We will then take a little time off to recover and stay in air conditioning! August will bring new hours but we will post that later. Hope to cook for ya'll this summer!
